Shipping policy

SmartStandard provides complimentary delivery for orders across the mainland United States, requiring a legitimate residential or commercial delivery location. Delivery directly to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or via freight forwarders is not available.

Should you require quicker delivery, reach out to us at service@smartstandard.com either before or after placing your order. Be aware that additional fees apply for expedited delivery.

Due to transport safety and regulatory adherence, certain items may be sent out in more than one box, which means your order could arrive in separate deliveries.

Orders are processed over two business days from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Deliveries typically take between four to ten business days, not including weekends. Although your order will be processed within two working days, please note that delivery times may extend over holidays or for other specific reasons.
