30-Day Returns Policy
At SmartStandard, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship of our products and are confident you will be fully satisfied with every purchase. We offer a leading after-sales and returns service for your assurance. In the event that you need to make a return or exchange, please observe the following guidelines:
Defective Items:
If you encounter any defects, email us detailed photos at service@smartstandard.com. Upon verification of the defect, we will dispatch replacement parts or a new item at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries:
Inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any damage or missing parts, photograph the evidence and email it to us. We commit to resolving the issue within one business day at no extra charge to you.
Change of Mind:
Should you reconsider your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt at service@smartstandard.com to arrange a return or exchange.
Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. If the order has already shipped, we will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), usually within 14 business days. Please be aware that we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.

Special Notes:
Custom-designed items cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns of installed products. For full credit, returned products must be in sellable condition. Damaged returns cannot receive full credit. Before shipping a return, take a photo of the item to confirm its condition. Package the product securely; you are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
